The Ladies of the Circle of Perfection, also known as LOCOP is the women’s auxiliary to the Council of Royal and Select Masters.

 

Athena Court No. 13, Ladies of the Circle of Perfection, Prince Hall Affiliated is a Subordinate Court of the Prince Hall Grand Court Ladies of the Circle of Perfection, Prince Hall Affiliated; Auxiliary to the Prince Hall Grand Council of Royal & Select Masters for the Jurisdiction of North Carolina, Prince Hall Affiliated.

 

On February 8, 2019, a dispensation to form a Club named Durham Court UD organized in Durham, North Carolina with the intention of forming a Subordinate Court of the Prince Hall Grand Court, Ladies of the Circle of Perfection, Jurisdiction of North Carolina, Prince Hall Affiliated was granted in Raleigh, North Carolina at the York Rite Convention by the Royal Grand Perfect Matron Joyce T. Williams and Right Grand Thrice Illustrious Master Maurice D. Hamilton.

 

The Club was given permission to function “Under Dispensation” (UD) as stated in the Constitution and Bylaws of the Prince Hall Grand Court, Ladies of the Circle of Perfection, Prince Hall Affiliated.

 

Menelik Council No. 4, Royal & Select Masters, Prince Hall Affiliated located in Goldsboro, North

Carolina was approved as the sponsoring Royal & Select Council under the leadership of Thrice Illustrious Master Michael Fuller.

 

On February 6, 2020, the charter of Athena Court No. 13 was granted and the Court constituted and issued by the Prince Hall Grand Court, Ladies of the Circle of Perfection, Jurisdiction of North Carolina, PHA at the Prince Hall Grand Court Convention.
